Deleting your data

ArcGabriel keeps your data only while it serves you. You can have it deleted at any time:

Facebook and Instagram connection. Disconnecting on your portal's Social page immediately and permanently deletes the access tokens ArcGabriel holds for your Facebook Page and Instagram account. Publishing stops at once. You can also remove ArcGabriel from your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy → Business integrations), which invalidates the tokens on Meta's side.

Files you've uploaded. Deleting a file in your portal starts the disclosed 90-day recovery window, after which it is purged from our systems and backups roll off.

Your whole account. Email hello@arcgabriel.com from your account address and we will delete your account: uploads, generated content, social connections and tokens are erased. Records we must keep by law (invoices, the signed Terms of Service) are retained for the statutory period only.
